Want background music? Commercially licensed music streaming through Verkada's Soundtrack integration is a separate subscription (LIC-NM-ST1), with its own 1, 3 or 5 year term. The Verkada NS631-E is a weatherproof surface-mount network speaker for building entries, courtyards, loading docks and other outdoor spaces. It runs as an independent plug-and-play device with no amplifier or audio server behind it, on a single PoE connection.
- 6.5-inch coaxial driver, 65 Hz – 20 kHz (+/- 3 dB) frequency range
- 96dB SPL continuous / 100+dB peak at 1m on PoE+ (92dB / 96+dB on standard PoE)
- IP66 rated against rain, dust and harsh outdoor conditions — equally suitable indoors
- 82° horizontal and 90° vertical coverage at 1m, aimed at entry and walkway zones
- PoE passthrough lets one high-power switch port feed two speakers instead of one, cutting home runs and switch ports per zone
- Included mount plate and safety tether support direct wall mounting or attachment to round, square, double-gang and European junction boxes; an angle mount is available separately for surface-run cabling
- Stream commercially licensed music through the Soundtrack integration, or push instant announcements from Verkada Command
- 10-year warranty
