The Verkada NS261 is an in-ceiling network speaker that gives a whole room discreet, even audio coverage from a flush mount. It needs no amplifier or head-end hardware — a single PoE cable carries both network and power.
- 6.5-inch coaxial driver, 65 Hz – 20 kHz (+/- 3 dB) frequency range
- 96dB SPL continuous / 100+dB peak at 1m on PoE+ (92dB / 96+dB on standard PoE)
- 108° conical coverage at 1m, sized for whole-room fill rather than spot coverage
- PoE passthrough lets one high-power switch port feed two speakers instead of one, cutting home runs, switch ports and rack space across multi-speaker zones
- Mounts flush into a 10.5-inch ceiling cutout; mounting bracket, rails and safety tether are included
- Fully enclosed, so it can also be pendant mounted for open-ceiling and architectural installs
- Stream commercially licensed music through the Soundtrack integration, or push instant announcements from Verkada Command
