What you'll receive

Nico Call Alerts is an SMS notification program operated by ELD Experts LLC, the legal entity that operates Monarch Connected. It is for businesses that subscribe to Nico, our AI phone answering service.

When a call to your business line ends, we send you a short text summary of that call — the caller's phone number and what the call was about, such as a reservation or a takeout order request.

  • Message frequency: varies — typically one message per call received on your business line.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
  • Text alerts are optional and are not required to buy or use Nico. Call summaries are delivered to your Nico Slack channel by default, and declining text alerts gets you the same service at the same price.

How to stop messages
