The Verkada AL54-MS (Conventional Core) is an ANSI Grade 1 mortise wireless lock that upgrades traditional lock-and-key doors to centrally managed, cloud-based access control via Verkada Command — no additional software required.
- Conventional Core variation (AL54-MS-CC-01-26-HW): ships with a core and a unique key; compatible with Schlage Conventional Core 6-pin cylinders
- Supports a wide array of credentials — Low Frequency (125 KHz), High Frequency (13.56 MHz), Mobile NFC such as Apple Wallet, and Bluetooth Low Energy for hands-free Intent Unlock
- Long-range VLink wireless connection (915 MHz) to a WH32 wireless hub: up to 150 ft with obstructions, up to 2000 ft with clear line of sight
- Powered by 8x AA L91 lithium batteries with up to 18 months of battery life; USB-C backup power via a 5V power bank
- Built to last with a ten-year warranty, UL10C fire rating (pending), IP65/IK08 ratings, and extensive cycle testing
- Interior and exterior LED feedback plus buzzer give instant visual confirmation of door status — access granted, denied, lockdown, and connectivity
