Overview
The Verkada AC62 is a cloud-managed, enterprise-scale door controller designed for large deployments, supporting up to 16 doors, two AUX devices and a fire alarm interface (FAI) from a single unit.
- Manages up to 16 doors, door accessories and fire alarm integrations from one cloud-managed controller
- Each door port supports two REX inputs, a DPI input and a reader port for native in/out door support
- Supports 12V/24V wet or dry locks: one 12V 1A or one 24V 0.5A wet relay per door, or one 24VDC 2A dry relay per door
- Fire alarm integration removes power from maglocks during a fire alarm for faster egress and firefighter access
- Connects to Verkada Command via Ethernet; on-device storage, compute and auxiliary battery support keep doors secured regardless of power or Internet status
- Natively connects with Verkada/RS-485 readers plus a Wiegand port per door for third-party readers
- Enterprise-scale terminal block design with multi-part structure, removable connectors and cable management loops; 10-year warranty
