The Verkada BR35 is a wireless water leak sensor in Verkada's BR Series of wired and wireless intrusion sensors, providing leak detection and complete building protection for any site.
- Detects water via a probe with copper-nickel plated contacts on a 7 ft / 2.1 m extended probe cable for precise placement in leak-prone areas
- Connects over VLink, Verkada's proprietary 868–928 MHz wireless protocol, automatically pairing to the nearest VLink hub with no manual pairing process
- Powered by 1 x CR123A user-serviceable lithium battery with up to 5 years of battery life
- Open-field wireless range of 300 ft / 90 m with line of sight (reduced range indoors depending on environment)
- LED indicator signals water detected and low battery; cloud-managed from Verkada Command
- Backed by a 10-year warranty and certified to FCC, IC, CE, UKCA, RCM, IFETEL, UL/cUL/IEC 62368-1, FY2019 NDAA, and EN 50131 (Grade 2)
