Overview
The Verkada BP42 is a cloud-managed, 10-zone alarm panel that acts as the central brain of a Verkada alarm system for smaller sites. It takes over existing wired sensors, extends coverage with BE32 expanders, and supports Verkada's new Better Sensor Protocol (BSP) for addressable sensor loops. A built-in VLink hub connects up to 160 wireless sensors, and a built-in battery slot plus external ports accept up to three VBX2 backup batteries so the panel keeps running through a power outage.
